Mr. Smith has handled a divorce matter for me in the past and was brilliant. I had Mr. Smith and a couple of other lawyers involved, and by far Mr. Smith had the greatest insight and knew the most about the law during the entire process! He was on top of everything, constantly thinking about my cas...e, and extremely well prepared in court. I would more than recommend Mr. Smith to anyone as it relates to divorce of family matters, and in fact also Real Estate matters since that too was involved in my divorce. He is multifaceted in his knowledge of the law with over 40 years of experience! Mr. Smith is a Baylor Law School graduate and incredibly the youngest litigation lawyer in the State of Texas at age 22 years old when he started trying cases! I was extremely happy with Mr. Smith's services!

I have dealt with Daniel J. Smith for over 20 years, and found him credible, honest, extremely brilliant and a lawyer you can trust. I know this attorney well, I am an attorney, and I know he is very ethical. I also know the previous writer's situation and it is not a truthful rendition of what occ...urred. In fact, it is defamatory toward Mr. Smith and not truthful. Mr. Smith has handled cases for me personally, and as a lawyer I know he is very smart and smarter than any lawyer I have known while I have practiced law.
