Msged with info about the accident and what was going on with at fault drivers insurance with phone #, email , name on his wen site. Waited for any type of response and nothing. If the case is to small for there form could at least respond with a ( sorry but we will not be able to take your case or ...

"I worked with Ben in 03'-04' about a year out of law school after working for a defense firm. I learned more in my one year working at the Law Office of Ben Abbott than any year in practice, trying 27 cases in 14 months. When 95% of other personal injury law firms in Dallas only want to settle cases and either refer out your case or drop it if they have to file suit, Ben will almost always file suit right away if the insurance company denies responsibility or makes a ridiculous low first offer.
