worst experience ever
out of $10000 I got only $500 never go to a lawyer settle everything with the insurance company they ll tell you everthing you should do save your money never go to alawyer

Factors that decrease the value of a claim include 1) a dispute as to liability; 2) a dispute as to damages; 3) multiple prior injury claims; 4) a delay in treatment; 5) minor property damage; 6) criminal history and 7) prior damage to a wrecked vehicle. Run away fast
After 1.5 years of waiting and no contact I call and am told were working on the case and we have had offers from the insurance (if so I was not contacted once about the mysterious offers).
