David was recommended to me after months of attempting to navigate a divorce by myself. Immediately after the first consultation, I was reminded why we leave some things to professionals. David was amazingly helpful. 8 years after helping me with a bogus divorce case I needed the court documents and some advice as to the outcome and what it meant for a property sale I have pending. Facing a divorce, I hired a local firm, after almost a year without any progress, I decided to call David Housel. He jumped into my case with both feet, he researched and was always prepared. There was a patent on the line, along with my company. We won our case in appelate court after two bouts i...n mediation with no settlement. David was there to answer any questions - anytime. If in court he would always follow up promply. My divorce was very expensive - but the end results were great - I thank God.

He did not inform me of what all I was entitled to. He did  not represent me, but seem to side with my spouse, you would think my spouse was paying him. I tried to get him to have a forensic CPA search for funds that were not being disclosed. I was told that was not necessary. There were pie...ces of the case that he had no idea how to handle. He did not fight for me, for things/funds that were clearly mine. I was misinformed, and uniformed through a process that I was relying on, an expert, or so I thought. Deplorable, unethical, and dishonest.

I went to the office of Scott Palmer but unfortunately he was very busy at the time. I was told Mr. Housel would able to assist me, but that was very bad mistake. I put a large amount of money into this divorce case, because of the good advice and promises that I thought were true. He made many mista...kes and did not know what seemed to be basic divorce procedures. Missed the deadline and had to refile at one point. Unbelievable!!! Now its all over and I'm stuck with bills he's still sending me, after he lost my case. He wont even answer my calls. Real piece of work, this David Housel is. Would only recommend to a very bad enemy!!!
