DO NOT USE HIM FOR FAMILY LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr Thering took my family law case. He implied he was a family law attorney had was a good match because he had a good relationship with the judge. Only after hiring him and going to court for the first time did I see that this was not his forte and he clearly had no presence for family law or resp...
I typically do not deal with family cases and always make the issue very clear. I am not familiar with this client, but given the limited custody cases I handled I can narrow it down. I believe I was the third attorney on this uphill case. This firm has never had partners practice in the area of family law. Simple divorces we handle, but nowhere do I hold myself out as a family lawyer. Our firm took this case because you asked us to handle it and we did the best we could. Like any other attorney, we cannot guarantee results.
