I hired Chad twice to save me from alleged mortgage fraud. The first time was when I got sued by a homeowner who claimed I inflated the value. I retained Chad for a case against my mortgage co, Chase. My husband and I signed a modification agreement that was unfair so we wanted Chad to help us out of it.
