On November 5, 2020, I was BOARD CERTIFIED IN CIVIL TRIAL LAW by the NATIONAL BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCACY. The experience and additional requirements to become Board Certified is very intensive and result in only a small percentage of lawyers like myself meeting the onerous requirements. My website details my expererience and justifies my status. Please feel free to review me at: As for your case, please call me when you're serious about going to trial. Most lawyers posture for a final trial (before the court or jury) but rarely see or want to go to the Court room in front of a Judge or Jury for a trial on the merits. Rest assured, if necessary, I will go to trial for you and will not just take your money and try to talk you out of a trial. I do believe that settling cases is often beneficial for everyone, but be very confident knowing that I am very willing for a reasonable fee to help you take your case to the finish-line - judge or jury!
PS: My primary practice is not arbitration. I have not been able to get this site to change it. My primary practice is civil litigation.

Super Helpful!
Chad quickly returned my call, answered my questions and provided the clarity I needed to make a decision on a property that involved a property line dispute/encroachment. I am so grateful to have found him!

Trusted
After 1-1/2 months of shopping for an attorney that would take my case, Mr. Norcross actually answered the phone personally, listened, called me back in the evening same day, after reading my contractual documents, and consented to take on the case. Majority of contact on my case has been with him d...

Chad sets reasonable expectations and is honest!
I previously consulted with several lawyers who said I had a great case but would not take it on a contingency. They wanted to charge large retainers that I did not have. I met with Chad and he took the time to look through all of my evidence and explained to me that my case had many weaknesses. I re...

INCREDIBLE ATTORNEY

When you are dealing with Family law and situations that are so emotional because they involve your loved ones, it is hard to find an attorney that takes that into consideration and is compassionat...

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2016
updated on 02/07/2017Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“This matter related to an ambiguous text message that was sent to the lawyer that did not provide the lawyer with sufficient information about an upcoming court setting. In the case the Court also could not show with credible evidence that it had sent the trial notice to the lawyer either. The lawyer being unaware of the trial did not appear. However, the lawyer settled the matter in order to save the time and expense of a lengthy legal proceeding. The client suffered no damages at all.”
