Chad Aubrey Norcross

i hired Mr Norcross to handle a civil disagreement i had with my neighbor. He charged me a decent amount of money and we made a plan. From the first hearing and subsequent case processes, Mr. Norcross made advances to me and when i rejected him, he became more demanding and the case became a nig...htmare. He started stalking me at my home and work and i had to put a restraining order on him. he continued to harass and sexually harass me. This is possibly the worst lawyer encounter i have ever had. Please stay away from this lawyer.

I previously consulted with several lawyers who said I had a great case but would not take it on a contingency. They wanted to charge large retainers that I did not have. I met with Chad and he took the time to look through all of my evidence and explained to me that my case had many weaknesses. I re...alized how much time I had wasted with other lawyers that just wanted my money and did not care about my case. Chad really impressed me because he did not just want my money, he took the time to listen and look through all my evidence and then explained to me how my case would not be worth pursuing based on economic realities. I decided not to move forward with my case. I like Chad's honesty and that he will not take a case unless he believes the representation would be beneficial. We need more honest lawyers like Chad that we can trust to help people like me who were misguided.

I approached this attorney about a possible legal matter and provided him with some documents before having retained him as my attorney. He promised to get back to me as soon as he reviewed them so we could discuss a possible strategy and I could possibly retain him as my attorney. To this date, afte...r calling/emailing/texting this attorney, no word was heard from him. The matter I had was of great urgency. Two weeks later and no communication from the attorney. Therefore, I would have to recommend to keep looking for one that cooperates.

I hired Chad Aubrey Norcross to represent me for my family law case and he was incredible in everyway. When you are dealing with Family law and situations that are so emotional because they involve your loved ones, it is hard to find an attorney that takes that into consideration and is compassionat...e as well as really putting their heart into the case as if they were were fighting for their own child. Chad does do this and is impeccable with his word and follow ups. Chad is also creative and thinks outside of the box and this tied with his passion for law makes him one of the best attorneys out there. I am so grateful to have found Chad during some of my most challenging times and would recommend him to anyone in need. He is a gem!

Honestly, wish I would have googled and read reviews before I hired him. I was referred to Mr. Norcross therefore, I felt he was a good choice. I believe he's a decent lawyer possibly but not in my case. He convinced me we had a really good chance of winning. To me I felt not everything was being don...e in my best interest. He kept reassuring me when we get to court we will tell our story. Well, we never made it to court, thanks to the defendant resetting the case. Then Covid. We agreed to re-file the case. Now it's within 2 days from the statue of limitations expiring he contacts me and wants to start charging me for filing fees (again) after I paid him a significant retainer at the being of the case. Well people have to live with their decisions in life. Be aware. Be cautious.
