He's the best!

I have used Chad off and on for the past 15 years as a lawyer. He has helped me with complex probate and real estate matters. I have personally known Chad for over 25 years long before he became a lawyer. I handled his mortgage related needs when he was a successful real estate broker before becom...ing a lawyer. I am so proud of his accomplishments and was so glad that he has been there for me in legal matters. It is one thing to have a good review to write about someone, but it is another thing to be able to write a review when you know so much about someone. Chad is very trustworthy and honest and tries to help everyone! He is outstanding at problem-solving and is extremely creative. He thinks outside the box which is something that has benefitted him for years. Chad is about to apply for Board Certification in Civil Trials which is difficult undertaken as I understand it. I wish him the best in all of his future endeavors!

My Lawyer for Everything! :-)

Before I hired Chad I researched all his success in Dallas, Colin and Tarrant county. I also saw how many successful federal cases he's handled. He was referred to me by the Bar Association. He helped me get out of trouble from someone who stole my car. The bailiff complimented Chad and said he was ...really sharp! I'm very impressed with him and he's my lawyer for everything now. Chad saved my Appraiser's License - 2 times!

I hired Chad twice to save me from alleged mortgage fraud. The first time was when I got sued by a homeowner who claimed I inflated the value. First of all, Chad really took care of business in this case. My E&O insurance didnt want to cover the claim, so Chad sues them and got them to cover me. ...Big win there! Next, he was able to work out a settlement that got me off scott free!! Wow, what a great outcome for me. The Appraisal Board tried to take away my license, but Chad, once again got it dismissed!! Second, I was sued by a big mortgage company and thought I was doomed for sure. They were coming after me for mortgage fraud. We went to trial, and once again, Chad convinced the jury that I was clean! So, I'm still licensed! Do you think I will hire Chad - you tell me?

He is a pleasure to work with, very professional and always has his clients best interest.

Finding a lawyer can be stressful, but after our first meeting with Mr. Norcross we were at ease. He is extremely affable and courteous. After consulting with several law firms concerning our financial situation, we were introduced to Mr. Norcross by one of his clients. Unlike with the other firms, w...e were immediately relieved with his knowledge and personal attention to our particular situation. He went above and beyond to explain the process of bankruptcy and what to expect in weeks and months ahead. Mr. Norcross was always available by phone or email to promptly answer questions that came up during the process. He saved us from being evicted and handled our obnoxious landlord eloquently. He delivered exceptional service and the tools we needed for a fresh start. We could not ask for a better outcome in regards to the financial situation we were in.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2016.

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2016

updated on 02/07/2017

Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Chad’s comment:

“This matter related to an ambiguous text message that was sent to the lawyer that did not provide the lawyer with sufficient information about an upcoming court setting. In the case the Court also could not show with credible evidence that it had sent the trial notice to the lawyer either. The lawyer being unaware of the trial did not appear. However, the lawyer settled the matter in order to save the time and expense of a lengthy legal proceeding. The client suffered no damages at all.”
