Chad Aubrey Norcross

I have used Chad off and on for the past 15 years as a lawyer. He has helped me with complex probate and real estate matters. I hired Chad twice to save me from alleged mortgage fraud. The first time was when I got sued by a homeowner who claimed I inflated the value. First of all, Chad really took care of business in this case. My E&O insurance didnt want to cover the claim, so Chad sues them and got them to cover me. ...Big win there! Next, he was able to work out a settlement that got me off scott free!! Wow, what a great outcome for me. The Appraisal Board tried to take away my license, but Chad, once again got it dismissed!! Second, I was sued by a big mortgage company and thought I was doomed for sure. They were coming after me for mortgage fraud.
