Mark was very easy to talk to and had gread knowledge. He actually took the time to talk to me and get a good understanding of my situation. He helped break everything down and helped me decide on what the best route for me was and left me at ease. I needed a hunt county attorney to help me read some Child custody privileges from a legal document I had received and explain. Just the free legal consultation was excellent! Mark spent about 30 minutes asking questions, giving advice, etc. I’d imagine he would have spent longer had I not needed to ...go at the moment. It was so informative and professional I decided to hire him for looking over the documents. Well, worth the money! Mark emailed a break down of the court orders, and when I called for clarification on a few items, answered several questions including many others I hadn’t even thought of. I’ve had other attorneys before. Mark goes above and beyond, exactly the way the other reviewers have posted!

Mark was the second attorney that I met with and honestly, I wish I reached out sooner. The first attorney seemed a bit laid back and just went through the motion of "Oh, just another divorce case." I left that office feeling uneasy and not sure what direction to head into. Mark was then recommen...ded on Facebook and I reached out to inquire about a consultation and Lacey, the Case Manager was on top of it! I was a Stay at Home Momma to a toddler & was headed into divorce due to my husbands infidelity. I was scared, as there was NO way this could be my life. Mark was a straight shooter, he listened to my concerns, he was knowledgeable with the VA (Veteran Affairs) and Military stuff, that no one else locally seemed to grasp and he wanted to fight for my son and I. AND! He loves Jesus! That was pretty important for me too, because I still wanted to handle this divorce with grace and dignity. Mark didn't treat me as if I was just another person going through a divorce. He heard my story; him and Lacey became an advocate for my son and I. He didn't see me as a paycheck, he truly cared for the wellbeing of my son and I. Honestly, it felt good to have someone concerned for us in that manner after everything that was going on in my marriage. I felt like my son and I mattered. I walked out of my consultation with a better understanding of my rights and we had a game plan and even though I was terrified to go through a divorce, Mark and Lacey held my hand every step of the way and reassured me it would all be ok. Mark knew when to be aggressive and when to pull back the reins. He made himself available to me whenever I needed some guidance or direction. Most of all, he knew my goal and he knew how important my son is to me and that I would do anything and everything for him, and Mark was willing to do the same for us. Divorce wasn't so scary after all, it's definitely not fun by any means. There's a lot of emotions involved and Mark knew that. He allowed me to have those emotions, but also was a voice of reason once my emotions subsided. I am in the midst of finalizing my divorce and moving out of this state with my son (which was the goal!) and I couldn't imagine going through this experience with anyone else, but Mark and Lacey!
