Yes she was very nice, but she was not prepared for anything. there was absolutely no communication from her office it would go days before they would get to me if they were getting me at all. She was completely unprepared for hearings completely. She didn't read over my financial documents or an...ything prior to the hearing. I was put in an unfavorable light compared to the other side that's not supposed to happen. I would have to call and call and call to check up on things and no one will get back to me but yet I was being charged. I had to sever the relationship and find another lawyer, which I did wow what a difference!!!

After my husband left me by surprise and being completely blindsided with divorce papers on a Friday afternoon after work, I had only a matter of hours to have a divorce lawyer lined up by Monday morning. She was very comforting and reassuring and took the time to understand my situation. She was able to schedule me in for my initial consult right away. And after meeting her in person for the first time that Monday morning, I knew she would be the lawyer who I wanted to represent my case. I worked with Ms. Fuller from January of 2017 until December of 2017, when my divorce was finalized. Throughout the year Ms. Fuller always responded to all my questions and concerns right away. She is very patient and nice (even when you ask the same question several times)! Ms. Fuller knows exactly what she's doing, as she has done this for many years and is very knowledgeable in the subject area of divorce and child custody. When working with her, everything just falls into place. Just trust her with the timing and all! She keeps you updated and informed with all developing updates and will reach out to you immediately if needed. She has also been there for me for any post-divorce questions and concerns. I am very happy with how my case was handled and will be forever grateful for everything Ms. Holly E. Fuller did for me. I hired Holly to assist me with a child support enforcement hearing, which should have been straightforward. Our first conversation gave me great confidence in her, despite her disciplinary record. I thought everyone makes mistakes. She seemed knowledgeable, intelligent, and "on the ball." I sent... her every document needed, and that she requested, immediately. We spoke twice before the hearing. The day of the hearing, she did not have any of the documents I sent, had no idea what the case was about (even though we had a conversation 4 days before the hearing), and didn't know what to ask my ex-husband. I had to correct her, constantly. She did not even know my ex's name. It was embarrassing, and despite getting a judge known for being hard on men who don't pay child support, I almost lost the case. After 2 years, I am still trying to get the court documents from her. She said she doesn't have a copy, yet she wrote them. I do not recommend hiring her. Her rates are within normal rates for the area, but she is not worth what she charges. I have requested and never received an accounting of her hours and charges. She claimed to have spent 3 days working on my case, but it was clear she didn't even spend 3 hours, as she did not know my new name and used my former name several times during the hearing (a name I had not used in over 10 years).
