Yes she was very nice, but she was not prepared for anything. there was absolutely no communication from her office it would go days before they would get to me if they were getting me at all. She was completely unprepared for hearings completely. She didn't read over my financial documents or an...ything prior to the hearing. I was put in an unfavorable light compared to the other side that's not supposed to happen. I would have to call and call and call to check up on things and no one will get back to me but yet I was being charged. I had to sever the relationship and find another lawyer, which I did wow what a difference!!!

Definitely recommend Holly for your legal needs, not sure why Vijaya says she is mistake? Holly helped me out in a very tough situation and even spent more time on my case then I paid her for. She is VERY responsive, Professional, Caring and knows how to take care of her customers. I had a terrible experience with her. Her only intention was to grab as much from me as possible, thiugh i didn't have any. Despite charging me heavily, she was least prepared for the hearings. She misses even the most obvious points, and in my case prepared an incriminating document, not verified by... me, which was taken advantage of by the other side, damaging my case completely. My matter went to trial, for which again she was ill prepared, ruining my chances for a fair hearing completely. She is not the lawyer for you, if you are in a desperate situation.

I won my case but still released her. The office is not organized, there is very little contact or "teachings" of what should happen. Very disappointing to be left alone after having paid good money. She can be attentive and is knowledgeable, but is distracted and maybe overwhelmed. She will admi...t fault if something has fallen through the cracks. Sometimes when questioned she would respond with a lot of emotion. That should never be the case on the job. I was told once to go "Google" what I was looking for.
