Practical and effective

K and M Khavari & Moghadassi attorneys helped me get an excellent settlement agreement, under difficult circumstances, in less than three months. It was quick, practical and effective. He made sure I understood and agreed to every aspect of the settlement. Farid Moghadassi was in charge of my case.... He is very personable, approachable and has a good relationship with the court. When needed, he steered me away from pursuing trivial issues based on emotions, and I appreciated his candor and common sense. If you are looking for someone who is looking for your best interest and willing to actually listen to your needs and worries during a difficult situation this is the right attorney for you. EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!

Farid is an exceptional Attorney, he was always attentive to my calls and requests. Represented me with my case and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased with my results, he had my case dismissed. Highly recommended.

Divorce

Everything turn out fine it was faster that i thought ,because other lawyers told me that my case was complicated, he answer all my questions,really professional will work with him in the future Thank you for all you help with my case Mr Moghadassi

Custody Case

I had tons of questions and was very scared going through my custody case. Farid listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my concerns. He was very encouraging while still being honest. There were no guarantees or false promises made in regard to the overall outcome of my case. He ...simply told it like it was and assured me he would try his best to achieve my desired outcome. He kept me informed along the way and explained things in an effective, detailed manner when I didn't understand. Farid got things done in an efficient manner, I never felt as if my time or money was being wasted. Ultimately I won my case and got everything I asked for! I highly recommend Farid to anyone looking for an extremely dedicated, knowledgable attorney.
