Strong and passionate attorney

Farid Moghadasi on my side tipped the scale fairly to my benefit and cleared an issue with the AG office that took a toll on my family for a long time; he simply is great.

Domestic Violence Case

Protracted and Hostile Child Custody Litigation

Mr. Moghadassi has proven himself to be an effective advocate for me during the prolonged litigation which my wealthy my ex-husband continues to inflict upon me as he seeks to gain conservatorship over our minor children, despite the fact that he is on the record as having admitted in open Court to n...umerous assaults against myself and our children. My ex-husband is a vindictive and angry man with a tenuous grasp on reality. Mr. Moghadassi has stood beside me as I have been subjected to an ongoing barrage of litigation aimed at tearing down my spirit, discrediting my parenting skills, and putting me in the poor-house. This, despite the fact that my ex-husband is in open contempt of numerous Court Orders. Mr. Moghadassi is seeing to it that my ex-husband is brought in to compliance with the afore-mentioned Court Orders. Mr. Moghadassi expresses genuine concern for the well-being of my minor children, who are, ultimately, suffering greatly at the hands of an abusive father whom I sincerely hope will seek out the psychiatric care which is the first step itowards a long road which, one can only hope, may one day allow him to re-establish healthy relationships with our children; it is the well-being of my children which motivates my actions, and Mr. Moghadassi's competent legal advice and representation continue to assist me in my ongoing quest to protect their interests and secure their rights.

He was a good talker and yes he got it to where i get to see my kids again but didtn keep his word on document at the court that i needed.

We worked very hard on this case to allow her to have access/possession but she owed our office a lot of money so we were forced to stop working and withdraw from her case, therefore, she is now disgruntled.
