Farid Moghadassi

I'm going to try to keep this short. Farid was the first lawyer I ever hired. He was also the very worst lawyer I ever hired. I needed an attorney to represent me in my divorce. When I first spoke with Farid, he made it seem like he was on my side and was going to really fight for me. During our cons...ultation, he told me he was gonna do everything for me. The first red flag I noticed is when after I paid him to represent me, his whole attitude towards me changed. Before leaving the office, he gave me the most disrespectful and disgusted look towards me. I noticed it but didn't say anything because I needed an attorney and I had already paid him. During the duration of filing motions and consultations, he spoke to me aggressively, rudely and disrespectful. Even cursing at me. When I would call to ask questions or address his behavior, he would threaten to withdraw as my attorney. When we finally had a divorce hearing, he was still rude and disrespectful. Even to the point where my soon to be ex wife said "yeah, he was very disrespectful to you". I felt embarrassed being treated like that. From an attorney I hired and was suppose to represent me professionally. To treat me like that in front of the woman I'm divorcing, her attorney and the judge was one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. I wrote him a letter addressing my grievances. This was recommended by the state bar of Texas. When he got the letter, he put in a motion to withdraw as my attorney. He even made me pay for him showing up to withdraw as my attorney. Long story short. He was the worst. He didn't do anything he said he was gonna do. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The worst money I ever spent. Better yet, wasted. If you're looking for an attorney from this firm, avoid him.

By far the worst experience and legal service EVER! I was referred to K&M by a personal friend who stated Farid Moghadassi could help me in my family law case. Farid is a very timid attorney who does not understand the intricate details of family law, he will not fight in your behalf, he was literal...ly taken to school by the opposing counsel, was extremely unorganized and unprepared at trial hearing. After temporary orders were completed and more litigation was to come, Farid filed a motion with the court to withdraw my case simply because he knew he was in above his head. He stated mistruths in his motion about being unable to contact me, and fear of non payment even thought we had a phone conversation the previous day, this all because he was ready to move on to "other cases" DO NOT use this law firm for your family law case you will not get good representation and will waste your money.

Either Farid Moghaddassi doesn't know what he doing or he is intentionally dragging my case out long so he can making more money. He kept told me that he had to wait for CPS document he requested on the sex offender. But later he claimed that CPS doesn't have the sex offender record anymore. I wen...t and contact CPS, they told me that Farid never ever request anything because they do not deleted or get rid of any sex offender record. Now Farid told me that it doesn't matter whether CPS still have all the record there nothing can be done anymore. I fired him asking for my money back because he was lying to me all this time and not doing his job honestly. Farid Moghadiss just get up and quit his previous employer and refuse to return my money even there still a thousand dollars credit available still!
