To begin, I made it very clear not to email or call me due to my volatile marriage situation. I told them text are fine till we have a consultation. They told me the consultation was $150 for 30min or $300 for an hour VIA text. I still agreed because I heard him speak on the radio KMOD, but the day o...f the appointment they called, yes CALLED, to cancel the appointment. Luckily, I was not in ear shot of my kids and my spouse had left for a moment, literally a 30min window, I rushed to my room to finish the call. I explained to the girl that called I was considering cancelling anyway because I did not feel I should have to pay up to $300 to meet my possible representation. She stated "Well you scheduled an hour not a free consultation." Which was not accurate. I was given no other option. I then told her I was not given that option, but we can reschedule for the free consultation. She said tomorrow, Tuesday, was available, but what day would work for me. I told her Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday would work. She asked if Wednesday would work. I said no I just told you I am free Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. She scheduled me for Tuesday. Later, while with my spouse Tracy text me that they will not tolerate the way I have spoken and they are cancelling my appointment. What! The girl that originally CALLED told me that she is sorry and does not usually do this job. I even told her it was not her fault. Even though this could have caused a major police incident I was desperately trying to avoid. Anyone who has been in an abusive and controlling relationship will explain to you how hopeless it feels. After a near miss with a very unpredictable person and having to make sure my children don't hear me talking about divorce I am then insulted by someone that was not involved speaking about my behaviour. Which was also a great time having my spouse asking who I am texting with. Thanks Hensley Law! I already feel trapped and scared of my future, but you sure made the situation worse. What a horrible way to deal with people. I hope to catch you on the radio someday. Sense that is where I heard of you to begin with. I would love to hear your public explanation for why you would treat a potential client that way. Really anyone for that matter! I will add this review everywhere I can once I don't fear my name coming out.

Jeff Hensley isn't someone I would never recommend. He took on my case in 2014. He talks a big game but is absolutely horrible in court. He just kept taking money and not progressing with Anything. He wouldn't return phone calls or answer any questions. He even wanted to remove himself from my case a...fter starting. If it wasnt for his determind assistant attorney I would be in court another 10 years. Jeff had my divorce for 3 years. His assistant attorney Mr. Thomas Ryan had it finished in three months. Jeff will not answer questions, he will not go with what you want. He will go with the opposing counsel Against you. RUN and never hire this attorney. I still owe money that I should not.
