Mr. Chlouber was asked to take my case over from my previous lawyer (who went back to teaching). I had been run over and my case had already been in process for 3 1/2 years and was just coming up on a Federal level. I was extremely concerned, for obvious reasons but, as we corresponded he gave me eve...ry opportunity in the world to explain what happened and actually listened. Mr. Chlouber was very informative about where my case was going and the options we had but, instead of telling me what we were going to do he asked what I wanted the outcome to be and I felt like I was more than just a victim in my case but that I actually had a say. He also, unknowingly, was not given my complete file when he inherited my case and made this discovery on the very morning of the settlement conference when he received documentation containing a substantial financial amount for medical that he had never known of and that had not been yet submitted. This type of situation is grave and could damage any case but he came through without batting an eye and I never once felt concerned for my case even with some bad odds. It doesn't help even more that I had to move out of state 2 years into the case. I was included in all correspondence and never once had to wonder what was going on. I would recommend Mr. Steve Chlouber to any of my family or friends. He saw to it that the parties who caused my injuries were held responsible.
