Hired at end of August 2022 for my divorce. Filed paperwork with court and virtually has done nothing since. Looked on OSCN and my case was "stricken" in Dec. 2022. I did not request this. Doesn't return emails. Voice mail box is full. No way to reach him. Filed complaint with the Bar to end t...his. Do not recommend.

Absolutely one of the best family attorneys’ in OKC! If you want a tough, razor-sharp, outside-of-the-box thinking, professional lawyer, then you need to give Andrew a call! He knows the law and is aggressive in making things happen. He will not nickel-and-dime you to death, and actually favors ...settling cases out of court vs. going to trial. I was able to settle my case through legal meditation thanks to Andrew’s critical thinking skills in finding solutions and solving some serious and complex asset issues, that both parties could agree to. Moreover, Andrew has an outstanding rapport with other lawyers here in OKC, and this became clearly evident, after a couple visits to the courthouse with him, you could tell he was well received by his peers, which is beneficial if you want things to go smoothly with your case, and avoid a full-on court battle, which could cost you thousands in the end. If it wasn’t for the other side dragging things along, my case would have been over inside nine months, and it wasn’t a slam dunk case by any stretch. It’s truly a testament to how quickly Andrew moves at getting to an agreement both parties can accept, all while preserving as much as he can for his client. Although I’m extremely confident had my case went to trial, I most certainly would’ve had the right guy on my team! Additionally, being a retired military member, and Andrew’s prior military service, served me well, as he is well versed in military law and how to apply it in family court proceedings, making him even more well-rounded than the average family lawyer. Lastly, I would be amiss if I didn’t recognize an instrumental part of The Schwartzberg Law Group, and that being his legal assistant, Mallory. She is super proactive in getting the answers you need and was always very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. Andrew is a super lawyer indeed, but benefits greatly by having her on his team. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with.
