This case was not really an easy case since the other party initially seemed assured they were at no risk of a verdict against t...hem. I am confident that, had we gone to trial, John would have had an excellent chance of securing an even better verdict. Unfortunately, in this instance, we had to settle to ensure the funding needed immediately for John's client.
