Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating from high school in 1988, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he obtained a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined the firm of Thomas Gould & Nix and was named a partner in the firm one short year later. He remained a partner with what became Thomas Nix & McIntyre until December 1999 at which point he left to start the firm of Nix & McIntyre LLP. After several years as a partner with Nix & McIntyre, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. In addition to Noble McIntyre, McIntyre Law has two other attorneys and multiple legal assistants and support staff in the Oklahoma office. McIntyre Law has also entered into strategic alliances with other firms nationwide which allows the firm to actively pursue cases on behalf of clients in states other than Oklahoma.
Noble is married to Rhonda McIntyre. They have 3 children, Mackenzie Hope (17), Cassidy Grace (15) and Kennedy Faith (11). Noble's daughters are active in gymnastics, soccer and cheerleading in addition to their school work. Rhonda is very active in their school and is currently serves as Vice-President of the PTA.
Noble is a very well-known and respected Oklahoma trial lawyer. He has represented thousands of clients who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of the wrongful conduct of others. His primary focus is products liability and drug liability cases as well as catastrophic automobile and semi-truck accident cases. He represented hundreds of victims of the drugs Fen-phen and Ortho-Evra. He is currently representing clients injured by the drugs Levaquin, and testosterone therapy drugs. In addition, he has represented hundreds of automobile accident victims as well as victims of other personal injury cases, including oil field injury work. His goal has and continues to be to work diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the highest and best result for his clients' injuries while maintaining professionalism and abiding by all ethical standards of his profession.
