Ohhhhhh mama is PISSED!!! DO NOT EVER. EVER. USE TRAVIS WATKINS TAX RESOLUTION. THEIR A/R "COLLECTION SPECIALIST" SHANIECE HILL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HER JOB AND IGNORES CLIENTS. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 5 TIMES BETWEEN THIS MONTH AND LAST TO STOP MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS DUE TO NO CHILD SUPPORT... COMING IN AND SHE HAS IGNORED ME. TODAY, AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER AGAIN LAST WEEK AND HER TELLING ME SHE TOOK THE AUTOMATIC DRAFT OFF OF MY ACCOUNT, THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN. HER RESPONSE "SORRY, NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT" INSTEAD WHAT SHE DID WAS TELL THE MAN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH THAT I NEEDED AN UPDATE. HE CALLS ME AND SAYS HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND, NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. TO WHICH I REPLY, "EXACTLY". I DON'T NEED AN UPDATE, I NEED SOMEONE ABOVE HER TO EXPLAIN WHAT I'VE BEEN TELLING HER ON THE PHONE AND HAVE EMAILED HER ABOUT, WITH NO RESPONSE. AND HE SAYS, SHE IS IT. NOBODY ABOVE HER. NOTHING HE CAN DO. THEY HAVE PERFORMED NOOOOOOO WORK FOR ME. NONE. ALL THEY HAVE DONE IS TAKE MY VERY HARD EARNED MONEY. I AM NOW SHORT ON RENT AND HAVE NO A/C IN MY CAR.

Travis Watkins and staff were wonderful. Travis was referred to me by a friend who went to law school with him and stated he was very fair in pricing and would work hard to help me. They worked with the IRS to get my garnishments stopped while I was in the process of proving I was not responsible fo...r the back taxes owed, my ex-husband was. I was very impressed with the way this was handled so quickly. They were very diligent. Money well spent. I would recommend to anyone!! Stephanie

We went to Travis Watkins firm two years ago to hire him for tax resolution. After we hired and paid him there was NO communication, no returned ok hi one calls, no time to have meetings. We even went by the office and to schedule something and NOTHING. A year later another attorney was assigned to o...ur case and met with us to get another 2000$. We went to another attorney and everything was taken care of in 4-5 WEEKS and for 1800$ total! They waste your time and take your money. We also have a case open with them with the Better Business Bureau and the Oklahoma Bar Association had encouraged us to do the same, we are working on that currently. Oh and they also LOST a 100+ page business tax return of ours and say it never happened.... Trust me I remember printing that monster. Scary to have all that personal info God knows where. Extremely unprofessional, unethical (reason for the case with BBB and Bar Association), and complete lack of any empathy for their clients.

I have been very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I had to call many times and received a timely call back only about 50% of the time. Computers are down over and over, moving offices, nobody is available, always in a meeting or won't be back till next week. Nobody tells us the same thing.... I was so frustrated I called the IRS myself. In two hours I was able to get more accomplished than in the months since hiring this office. Totally disgusted. Lack of communication, they don't seem to care about the client. No way would I refer this company to anyone I know.

Contracted the firm after meeting with Travis we had high expectation that we were in good hands and they would handle our case in an expedient manner to resolve IRS case. However no one had been intouch with us or contacted us for about a year. After stopping in and calling we find out case had basi...cally been sitting and new person has the file. Been about two weeks since that meeting and after sending a few emails have yet to get a response from new attorney rxceprt for introductory email. Very disappointed thus far
