Jason was born and raised in Mustang, lived in Norman for many years and now resides in Oklahoma City.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Prior to forming his own law firm Jason was an Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma County. He was responsible for handling a wide variety of criminal cases such as drug cases, sex crimes, weapons and shooting crimes, DUI, DWI and APC alcohol cases as well as general criminal cases like burglary and auto crimes. He also had the opportunity to work on juvenile delinquent and Youthful Offender criminal prosecutions. Jason also handled deprived cases involving parental rights and DHS. Working as an Assistant District Attorney gave Jason an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to handle these difficult types of cases.
Since Jason started his own law firm he has handled a wide variety of cases including: personal injury car wrecks; slip and falls; bad faith insurance litigation; contractual business disputes; multiple criminal defense cases; probate of estates; credit card debt defense; divorce and many other cases. Jason now exclusively focuses his practice on representing individuals involved in personal injury accidents and bad faith insurance litigation.
