Brent Dishman

It is rare these days to find a brilliant, legal mind, a deeply, compassionate heart, and an unwavering commitment to the truth in an attorney these days. If you want someone with integrity and who will go to bat for you despite the odds, Brent Dishman is that kind of attorney. I had a very complex... case that went before the AFBCMR that had no guarantee of a positive outcome, but Mr. Dishman believed in the justness of my case. He argued it brilliantly and relentlessly, even going so far as representing me before members of the U.S. Senate in an attempt to right a wrong. Because of the unending bureaucracy in D.C., this fight is not yet over; but that has not stopped him from continuing to fight to right an injustice that was done to me by the Air Force many years ago. Brent is without question honest, genuine, compassionate, and caring. He is not an attorney who is in it "just for the money". He cares about justice for his clients.

I contacted Brent after he came highly recommended by another lawyer. I was served a wrongful LOR and after the ADC was not successful, I needed a civilian lawyer with a military background to help me fight it. He was knowledgeable and helped me prepare and draft an ART 138 that later resulted in my ...LOR being rescinded by a general officer. I am extremely thankful and I'm not sure this would have been possible without his assistance.

Brent is an absolutle terrific attorney. We are currently working on a Medal on Honor case, which Medal of Honor was wrongfully denied a Civil War veteran back in the year 1897. Brent has been extremely responsive, deals with me first hand, digs in an gets things done, and applies his instutional kno...wledge and experience, having been an insider at one time. The only reason I have rated him just a good in knowledgable, is that we are plowing new ground here in this unique case, and we are all learning some as we go.
