Not ethical, lacks integrity and punctuality!

I paid Michelle Roller $1,500 to represent me in a child support case in 2016. She talked really good on how she would represent me but after paying/hiring her she did not make one motion into court nor made any submittal. She wrote/typed up one paper which conflicted with what she and I had initiall...y discussed. So that paper was never returned back to her for processing since it was contrary thus I never got notarized. I told her about the contradiction and she claimed that she would redo it but I end up firing her. Once wks/months kept passing of the time Ms.Roller would say she would have the paper wk ready but no hear from her, I would call to question her lies and how come nothing had been filed/written-typed concerning my defense, she would than say she had been very busy. My case went on for several months with no action by her as my defense attorney so I got fed up of her lies and fired her, requesting for my refund. And I had even went to the bar association with my complaint and even presented to them proof of her lies to try to justify her refusal to refund me. Tape recordings and court documentation(which she didn't have anything on file due to her never doing anything on my case officially) don't lie nevertheless that part of the bar association refused to honor my request since I was bringing a claim against an attorney whom help support the foundation of their platform. WELCOME TO POLITICS!!!!But there is a God in heaven whom will bring judgement on Michelle Roller for her stealing my $1,500 bcse she sure didn't earn it as well as on those at the bar association whom let her get a way with that. I will continue to post the truth of public figures like Michelle Roller whom use their position unjustly while getting wages. The attorney I had hired from other law firm did a wonderful job in representing that same case I had paid Ms. Roller to do.

As Mr. Jones said, he had a child support issue and we discussed different options. There were issues in his divorce decree which had not been resolved. We discussed all of this and Mr. Jones wanted to change the property settlement on a 15 year old divorce. A property settlement cannot be modified by statute. I explained this to Mr. Jones. He would say he understood, but would call me the next day or week and he had reverted back to his previous thinking. I would then explain that I could not change a property settlement 15 years after the case. Mr. Jones would continuously drop into my office or call, running up his bill. I give a 30 minute free consultation, he stayed for well over an hour and a half. I explained this to him, but once again, this was another one of those things where he had a selective memory lapse. I typed the documents as we agreed (as I said I would after I explained the law to him). I thought everyone was fine and that he appeared to understand. But between the time we met and the next time I saw him, he would then go back to his erroneous thinkin). He came to my office and picked up the documents. We discussed them at length. I once again explained the law to him. He then called me and fired me. At this point, because Mr. Jones did not seem to understand what I had explained to him ad nauseum, I was relieved. He demanded his money back. I reminded him that we had a contract where I explained that office visits, phone calls, text messages, etc. were charge for and that he in fact owed me money. He then went to two other law offices and complained about me. I spoke with the other attorneys and explained to them what the issue was. When that proved unfruitful, he filed a bar complaint. Once again that proved unfruitful, because I had earned my fees. I did not steal his money. I earned it. I wish I could explain more than that in this forum, but I believe it infringes upon attorney / client privilege and that to explain myself further would be to violate that. Let me just say that my conscience is clear.

Amazing attorney, dynamic experience, wide practice range!!!!

You have found the perfect attorney! I was grateful to have Michelle in my life during my recent court cases. She went above and beyond, gave me her personal cell phone number, was ALWAYS available, quick to respond, compassionate- non judgemental. When you are looking for an attorney it can be th...e most stressful, emotional, and fearful time of your life. Michelle is wonderful at easing your worries and tension- communicating with the other party to lesson drama, and work towards winning your case with professionalism and honesty. Excellent choice my friends :)

Thank you Amber. In most cases, the case that the client is going through is one of the worst things that has ever happened in their life. I hope that I can make this time a little bit less stressful. Namaste

Best Litigator

I hired Michelle in August 2014 to the present represent me in my divorce and child custody case that I won full custody of the children. The divorce was final last summer. When looking for an attorney you want a great litigator, she will not give up the fight and settle, and she is a great litig...ator. She has spent the last two years fighting for us (the children and I) like we were her family. She is always on top of court dates, legal filings, etc. She is always poised when speaking to other attorney’s or other parties involved. Michelle is not a normal attorney, she had another career before becoming an attorney, she was a mom, has had life experiences that make her down to earth and easy to talk to. If you want to win your case you need to choose Michelle. Below is just a list of things that she suggested for my case and it paid off huge. I got my kids. 1. Everything must be documented in a WELL-WORDED journal. What you write must be factual and correct. At trial, your journal will be a valuable source of events, dates, and patterns of behaviour. Your journal should also contain surprises to keep the other side off balance. Most importantly, your journal will discredit fabricated testimony and lies you can expect from the other side. Along with your journal, gather supporting evidence with photos and videos. Your journal, together with supporting evidence, will help you. More correctly, they will help your attorney. Remember, Michelle is only as effective as the information you give her. If she gets little from you, you can expect little in return. Make sure you address every journal entry to Dear Michelle... 2. Stay off social media sites; do not post anything negative about any party to the case. 3. Do not speak to friends of soon to be ex or their family only a few close people should know the case. Loose Lips Sink Ships! 4. This is a business transaction for divorce don’t let the other party push your buttons it won’t work well in your favor if they get the best of you. 5. GET CONNECTED!! STAY INFORMED!! Familiarize yourself with Family Laws, Administrative Rules, and court procedures. You must understand the court process and how the family law system works. It is your responsibility to know anything and everything that applies to you. Mastery of your state's Family Code will confer advantage to you in the courtroom. 6. Tell Michelle about ALL of the skeletons in your closet when you go to trial it is best that she knows everything. She will not judge. Be prepared to tell your attorney everything, especially the truth. Be prepared to follow her advice, even if you don’t agree with it. 7. Michelle can’t win your case for without you helping yourself. You need to pro-active. Gather your evidence (Journal), do not cancel your parenting time for any reason. This is a long way of saying she helped us achieve the impossible full legal custody of my kids. Call Michelle and ask her about my case, you will see why she is the best litigator for you whether it’s civil or criminal she will fight for you.
