I had a very complex work comp case. I used Mr. Davis for my case and received the greatest treatment I could ever imagine. The staff are wonderful. Dan Davis is by far the best attorney I've ever met!!! He and his great staff fight for you and will not back down. I highly recommend this firm to anyo...ne. The first thing they told me was they were on MY team and they proved it!!! His wonderful assistance, Kim, is so very dedicated and great!!! I am a nurse and have dealt with many professionals but these folks are professionals who treat you like family, not just another client!!! My experience with Mr. Davis and his staff was excellent.

I had a very bad accident in 2004, Im a nurse by trade so I dont know or even used lawyers. The first lawyer I got I thought would do me right especially since he seen the accident. No, I was a money bag which he strung along for many years, I did alot of the leg work, and keeped getting worse. For t...wo years my husband and family and friends keeped telling me to get another lawyer, finally I started checking into lawyers, trying to find one that would care about my case and ME. I finally found Dan. Since Ive found Dan, I have always felt comfortable around him and I feel in my heart he cares. In a sort time I got more results with Dan than I did with the other lawyer all those years. My case isnt completely over yet but with Dan as my lawyer I feel alot better about my case, Dan and his staff (Kim and the others) I am in good hands and if any one needs a lawyer, Dan Davis and staff are the best and they prove every day they truly care about thier clients. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was suing for social security disability for my son who was born with only half a heart. I would leave several messages and could never get any one to call me back, and when they would call me they could never answer any of my questions all they would ...say is "I don't know" or " I'm not sure I will get back to you" and then I wouldn't hear from them. They wasted to much time so I wasn't able to receive any of the back pay, and I was the one who had to go to the social security office to get anything done. My son is now finally getting his social security but not from any help of dan Davis! My advice to you is find someone who understands the seriousness of your case and keeps you informed and up-to date the whole time. Good luck!

The assistant for my case (and the only person I ever spoke to, however rarely that was), dodged my questions, delayed paperwork that cost me the money I spent to get a loan delivered extra early. She never answered her phone, instead monitoring calls and not returning them until late the next day. I... had numerous issues with her, but my attorney was rarely in the picture, and the times I did speak with him (at hearings, only), he was brief and not the "bulldog" I was told to expect him to be. He came off as indifferent and bored, truth be known. They had me sign a document stating I would not file for disability for THREE YEARS after the case settled. So here I am, unable to work and unable to get help. I wish someone had warned me ahead of time. I was disappointed with everyone I met. They didn't seem to take their jobs seriously. I was merely a paycheck and it was a rush to the payday, without regard for how it ended for ME. Please, if you're seeking a law firm, do your research first. Find one that truly does have you in mind, and wants to help you get what you need, no matter how long or hard they have to fight to get it. You don't want to end up like me. Good luck!
