Well my case was difinately complicated due to no lawyer likes to pick up hernia injury cases, every lawyer in oklahoma was telling me "there's no money in that" and would deny me any services.. I was depressed and my job was rail roading me making me pay all medical bills and treating me like I was ...an outcast. I prayed. We contacted Mr. Davis' office regarding a case that was being argued by the employer. Mr. Davis sat down with us in his conference room, discussed our situation, made a plan how to proceed and not only was he professional but personable along with all the other office personnel. We got to court an...d our case went exactly as was expected. His office also handled a case where our son and two 6 year old babies were hit by a car with no brakes. I had a very complex work comp case. I used Mr. Davis for my case and received the greatest treatment I could ever imagine. The staff are wonderful. The assistant for my case (and the only person I ever spoke to, however rarely that was), dodged my questions, delayed paperwork that cost me the money I spent to get a loan delivered extra early. She never answered her phone, instead monitoring calls and not returning them until late the next day. I... had numerous issues with her, but my attorney was rarely in the picture, and the times I did speak with him (at hearings, only), he was brief and not the "bulldog" I was told to expect him to be. He came off as indifferent and bored, truth be known. They had me sign a document stating I would not file for disability for THREE YEARS after the case settled. So here I am, unable to work and unable to get help. I wish someone had warned me ahead of time. I was disappointed with everyone I met. They didn't seem to take their jobs seriously. I was merely a paycheck and it was a rush to the payday, without regard for how it ended for ME. Please, if you're seeking a law firm, do your research first. I have received an above standard rate of attention and compassion from the entire staff.
