Kevin Richmond Holmes is currently a general practice attorney, focusing on civil litigation including family law, social security representation, credit disputes, small business representation, contract and personal injuries cases.
Kevin is a graduate of Van Buren High School, and after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003, moved back to Van Buren to raise a family and do his part in making his hometown a better place to live. Kevin is dedicated to Crawford County and the City of Van Buren, and is involved in various civic organization and leadership groups. In 2006, Kevin was elected to the Quorum Court as a Justice of the Peace, and served two terms.
Kevin is married to his wife Shannon, they have three children, Gracie Caroline, Reagan Walker and Piper Lynn. They enjoy the outdoors, cooking, traveling and running.

Business Lawyer.
Kevin is a great attorney. He handles all of my corporate law issues along with personal. From lawsuits against roofing contractors to living trusts, he can handle it all. I also own rental property and he is an excellent source to gain information. I would recommend him highly!

Knowledgeable and Attentive
I hired Kevin to write up DRO's for my divorce. He was very knowledgeable and anytime I ever had a question he was always quick to respond. Even when asking questions not pertaining to the paperwork, but how to handle a certain situations within my divorce he was very helpful.
