Mr. Joe Byars, he is truly one of a kind. I was being wrongfully sued for allot of money in small claims court for the simple fact that I didn't give a 10 day notice. Being that it was in small claims court, nobody was even hearing me out. The ones that would hear me out wanted tons of money up fro...nt and I just didn't have anything to give. I called a lawyer whose name I don't even remember, he told me he didn't practice that part of the law, and he referred me to Joe byars.
