GP legal due diligence for LP's interest
Some stir the pot, others calm the waters. Heartsill is definitely the latter. Hearstsill has ably performed legal due diligence on the largest GP real & alternative asset investment managers in the world on our behalf as an LP. I am a portfolio manager for a large public pension plan. Heartsill gets a hearty "Two snaps and a thumbs up" from me.
