GP legal due diligence for LP's interest
Some stir the pot, others calm the waters. Heartsill is definitely the latter. Hearstsill has ably performed legal due diligence on the largest GP real & alternative asset investment managers in the world on our behalf as an LP. I am a portfolio manager for a large public pension plan. Heartsill gets a hearty "Two snaps and a thumbs up" from me.

Review Heartsill Ragon
Heartsill and I have worked together for the majority of my 17 year real estate career. As a commercial real estate broker and developer I have worked with many attorneys. Heartsill by far is my first choice when it comes to providing assistance with all aspects of title review, closing document preparation and review, and evaluating corporate structure and organization. He is one of the most attentive and competent attorneys that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is available and responsive to all our needs and will do the research to ensure that all advice and guidance given is accurate and timely. I have no doubt that anyone who has the opportunity to work with Heartsill in any capacity will be more than pleased with the results.
