I had contacted this lawyer on a case due to this was who my fiancé wanted, bc he’s “supposedly” one of the best. He quoted me 25k down to represent him in appellant court. Of course I did not have that, by the grace of God he was appointed this lawyer so we was thinking yes, he has a chance. Unf...ortunately that was not the case. Instead Mr. Kiser did not reply on his behalf to the appellant court. An he “an inmate” has to himself. My advice is unless you got the $ he will not fight for you! If you’re already a felon and have a criminal history you may want to look somewhere else. 18 years for one charge without the possibility of parole. Felon in possession of a firearm.

Kaiser has been my lawyer since April. I just had my last court date, I went from looking at 10-life in the feds fentanyl charge, to a misdemeanor charge, with no time, no fine, no probation...
