Hayley Nicole Ferguson

I haven’t spoken with her yet but she is my lawyer i was assigned thru the bill James law office who HE was highly reccomended so I hope she’s as good as he is said to be. I’m excited that she is young and new and hoping this means she’s aggressive and trying to make a name for herself. I was hoping ...to find some reviews on her but I guess I’ll be the first. I’ll check back after I know what she’s ab and let y’all know how it went. I’m facing ab 6 to 8 charges pretty serious two are felonies possession and introducing a controlled substance into the detention center which actually the police officer brought my purse not me so hopefully she can get that bs charge dropped. I also got fleeing bc I didn’t stop but wasn’t trying to lose the cop I just wanted him to follow me to my house so my children could get home not be left on the side of the road which is what happened so I got resisting arrest which was me stammering asking could they plz follow me home not real resisting I got driving on a suspended license and speeding and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, which actually I wasn’t any danger that would’ve happened would have been due to the police, pulling their guns or Raming my car, which they didn’t either of the two end in my mind, I was only trying to keep my children safe by getting into the house that was in hindsight or retrospect the wrong choice I should have just pulled over. We’ll see what Haley can do. All review her after this is all over and done with and let you know.
