"Birc" Morledge is an incredible attorney. I owe my freedom to this man because he really cared. I was charged with 2 felonies and a couple misdemeanors for intent to distribute methamphetamine and other crimes in pulaski county, I had another case in Hazen with 4 misdemeanors for drug possession tha...t all happened within 1 month of eachother. I hired birc because of the reviews on this website, he was expensive but worth every penny. He handled my case very professionally, treated me like a human being and not just another criminal and he has a good relationship with a lot of judges and prosecutors in Arkansas which is very important I believe. I received a few years probation in the end and would HIGHLY recommend Birc to anyone in need of a fantastic attorney. He is a good man and always made me feel that I was also, despite my problems. Birc was the worst lawyer I ever could’ve asked for. I decided to hire him for a case in 2015, thinking that he or anyone else could get me off (I was innocent) of the Petty crime of Disorderly conduct. I worked double shifts to pay him, and on the day of court he didn’t even show up to be there with... me. He convinced me to take a deal, even when the other side didn’t even have evidence, I paid court costs and STILL to this day the arrest is dinging my record and causing me to have Hastles to apply to other jobs. Contacted him to expunge the case and he took months, and still never got it done! I asked for a refund and it took more weeks before I received it!
