Biography
My law practice started as a general practice but quickly shifted towards mass torts, medical device litigation, & other serious personal injury cases. I never intended to be a personal injury lawyer. However, after starting my practice, I quickly realized that many individuals are injured by large corporations at no fault of their own, and that these people need a champion more than anyone. That is where I found my calling. My interests expand beyond the practice of law, especially in the fields of business and technology. Did not represent me to the best of his abilities or give my case the attention it deserved and I am still suffering.
I paid the retainer up front. For weeks I sent requested documents and information to Brianne, only to find out she had quit. Then Anthony demanded more money. Then he sent Mr. Horn who knew NOTHING about my case to my custody hearing. My witnesses weren't subpoenaed. He had no idea who the opposing ...

Replied last July 17, 2013My previous law firm represented client in a custody hearing and I was unable to attend the hearing due to a conflict. My partner represented the client at the hearing. He was more than qualified and was prepared; however, the client did not obtain her desired result. The client's bill had at this point reached a level that was over twice the paid retainer and client wanted to pursue additional court action without additional payment. As a result, our firm was forced to remove as her representatives. I wish this client good luck on her future endeavors.
