Jennifer M. Lancaster is the Managing Partner of The Lancaster Law Firm. Her practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Business Litigation, and Contract Disputes.

Jennifer’s legal experience includes working as a law clerk for the Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District in Pulaski County, Arkansas, where she assisted in and prosecuted district court cases in Little Rock. Jennifer has also clerked for the office of the Arkansas Attorney General, where she assisted in the prosecution of Medicaid Fraud.
Today, Jennifer brings her extensive experience into private practice. Worst attorney ever
Gave advice that was bad for me, but raised her fees~like include house in bankruptcy, instead of deed in lieu. She didn't listen to me as client; had to repeat and correct her work multiple times. She was condescending and arrogant, with statements like "...you are very confused..." Was in high str...

Replied last October 03, 2016I'm sorry that you feel that way. However, the truth is that you wanted me to do something unethical in your case. I told you that I would have to withdraw because I knew about your plans and what you were wanting me to do was not right. You threatened to file a complaint if I did not help you try and cheat the system. I withdrew despite your threat because I am legally and ethically obligated to not further the type of wrongful act you wanted to accomplish and because it was just the right thing to do. If you believed I did such a terrible job for you, you should have found another attorney to represent you instead of staying with my representation for almost three years. Lastly, I charged you a flat fee up front and to which you agreed. I never asked for more money during the nearly three years that I represented you--even though I was entitled to more money and the judge would have approved it. I did that to help you. I wish you the best and I hope you and your new attorney are able to quickly and ethically obtain the results you want.
