Recently my daughter found herself in trouble with the law. As it sometimes happens, this occurred through no ill intent — ignorance on her part, negligence on mine. Neither of which is an adequate defense, nor even a justification. The law is the law. Nevertheless, we reached out for help and Cha...rlie stepped in. My daughter is a minor and the offense occurred on school property. Therefore the first thing Charlie did was help us with an appeal hearing to overturn her expulsion. This achieved, the second part was to deal with criminal charge in juvenile court. Again, Charlie helped us navigate the system smoothly and brought the matter to a conclusion satisfactory to all. I do not believe it could have come out better. We did not go to trial, but I feel confident that had we decided to go that way Charlie Bradshaw would have given us the best defense we could have hoped for. As it happens, the circumstances of the case were such that it was better this way — again, an option we wouldn’t have known to choose without his guidance. I have been vague about details for the sake of my daughter’s anonymity. I apologize for this. It’s quite a story, actually! But with that said, I cannot recommend Charlie Bradshaw highly enough. His price for the job was reasonable — money very well spent, in my opinion. Throughout, he asked questions, clarified issues, and made sure we understood the process and its various potential outcomes. We did not have to guess or agonize over what to do. And Charlie pulled my daughter and all of us out of a situation that was terrifying and dangerous. We are grateful for his help.
