I have practiced personal injury since being sworn in October 10, 1986. I have enjoyed practicing law and have been very successful. I look forward to representing clients and to the litigation process, including trial. I have been recognized as a Superlawyer, but do not beleive I should pay an advertising company for that privilege. I have tried over 500 cases to judgment and verdict. I have argued cases on appeal and to the Lousiana Supreme Court. I have been selectively admitted on a pro hac basis to courts in Texas and Washington State. I practice in State and Federal Court.

He took care of everything; including taxes. I am very happy with his work and his very kind attitude. Incredible aides in his office were compassionate and helpful as well. Thank you so much.
"Bill Kendig is a hard working, conscientious, skilled, dedicated and committed advocate for working families. He works hard to get real results for real people."
"Bill Kendig is a friend, a colleague, a scholar, and represents his clients to the utmost. I have watched him argue a case to the Louisiana Supreme Court and do a flawless job. I whole heartedly recommend him as an attorney."

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2014.
Suspension with Probation issued in LA, 2014
updated on 03/09/2018This type of suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time, and must meet State ordered requirements. While on probation, the State monitors the lawyer's activities in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“On June 20, 2014, as the result of a consent to discipline, I admitted to having a consensual sexual relationship with a client in violation of the Louisiana Code of Professional Responsibility. I was suspended from the practice of law by the Louisiana Supreme Court for one year and one day, with all but six (6) months suspend. I completed all terms of the suspension and have been fully reinstated without any restrictions to practice.”
