My daughter was fighting CPS to get her kids out of foster care.. They were taken based on a phone call that they received. There was never any proof of anything. She was accused of being on drugs, but was never drug tested. They split the kids up and they put my granddaughter in a foster home an hour and a half away for my grandson they would not even let them talk on the phone to each other , this was a nightmare! I never thought that DCFS had this much power! I hired John and he made sure that we got the kids back into our custody. They were returned to me in December 2023 a lot of times I couldn’t get a hold of him when I needed to talk to him, but he did OK get the job done and to me that’s all that matters, we just wanted the babies home.
