No communication
Was never in contact with me about my case. Even had a court date change and wasnt informed until after I'd been to the courthouse. Asked for a refund and they kept swinging around trying to make meetings and delay my refund. Still haven't recieved it. I'd give less stars but it needed 1 minimum
