My daughter was fighting CPS to get her kids out of foster care.. They were taken based on a phone call that they received. There was never any proof of anything. They split the kids up and they put my granddaughter in a foster home an hour and a half away for my grandson they would not even let them talk on the phone to each other , this was a nightmare!
