I met Sam back in snatch of 14' while he was with Jones Walker in New Orleans. I was battling a terrible drug addiction and had just been arrested in Jefferson Parish on Bank Fraud Vharges amongst many others (25 felonies to be exact). Sam walked me through the three year process and worked with the DA to place me in Pre/Trial Diversion which I was kicked out of and almost thrown into jail. With Sams help I was able to get back into the Diversion Program after his recommendation of me completing a 3 month intensive inpatient/outpatient treatment center for my addiction issues. I have been clean and sober for 7 months now and although It took a lot of work on my part Sam was instrumental in handling the legal issues behind the scenes so I had less to worry about while I was trying to change my life.
