My son needed an attorney to fight charges for marijuana possession. He had gone to a local bar with a friend and had too much to drink and his "friend" decided it would be better to put him in his car passed out in the parking lot instead of taking him home. Well that led to him being charged with... possession of the marijuana his friend had in his car but not on my sons person. Some officers were checking the parking lot and noticed him passed out and searched the vehicle. I believe in the report they said the car door was open and they smelled the marijuana. The friend and owner of the vehicle was not charged nor even questioned as he was still in the bar and my son who was still passed out was arrested for possession. He woke up in the back of the police car. The marijuana was not my sons, nor had he smoked any of it. He was definitely guilty of being intoxicated but I was concerned about the drug charges as the marijuana was not his. Mr. Hunt was able to get his possession charge dropped and he pled guilty to a lesser charge of criminal mischief which he deserved as he was so drunk he was passed out in a public place. He paid a fine and court costs and was sentenced to 3 months unsupervised probation. I am certain that without representation my son would not have been able to get his charges reduced. Having a knowledgeable lawyer saved him from a much harsher penalty that I don't feel he would have deserved. Mr. Hunt also spoke with my son and gave him very valuable advice about how he can avoid situations and people that could land him in trouble in the future. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed any legal help. My son paid for his own representation and his fines and court costs. I don't want to give the impression that my son was not held accountable in any way for his poor choices.

So I contacted Alvin today and I was a bit skeptical based on all these glowing reviews. I thought this guy can't be for real. But I'm here to tell you that he is! Seriously! When I first contacted him earlier in the day I left a message and within a couple of hours I received an email, voicemail an...d TEXT. Though I am not sure whether I will actually retain him (this due ONLY to the fact that my ticket is about the same amount as his rates) I WILL NOT hesitiate to should I need an attorney in the near feature.
