Legal practitioner since 1976. Historical emphasis has been on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, having represented numerous Plaintiffs and Defendants at all levels of the State Courts of the State of Louisiana, as well as in the Federal District Courts of the State of Louisiana and in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1993, served as Mediator in over 2,500 civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance, contract, construction and employment disputes. Also served as Attorney Chairman of the Medical Review Panel in over 600 medical malpractice claims. Holds AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-reviewed rating for both legal ability and ethics.
