Excellent and Thorough!

Con Cotter and staff represented us very well in a real estate transaction gone bad. Con's thoroughness and attention to detail resulted in a fair settlement while being mindful of costs. His professional negotiation skills gave us the results we desired.

Estate and Corporate work

Mr. Cotter was an informed attorney that also used great resources to assist me some complex estate issues and also handled some corporate work with a specific LLC that I has partnership concerns with. His rates were more than fair and he always seemed genuinely concerned and on top of my issues.

Exceptional Attorney

Honest and incredibly knowledgable. Con is a tedious and very efficient attorney, which allows for a sense of comfort in knowing that he will get the job done.

Thank heaven this man exists!

Being a young and naive company from Texas we took on a job in Louisiana. We tried to do everything by the book, called every state office to try and learn what it was we were supposed to do in order to work there legitimately. No one had all the answers or any answers. We got turned from one agen...cy to another then back to the first. We followed the rules as best we could understand them and did our best. 2 years later the LDR came after us for not paying taxes (we did not owe) in the thousands. Our Texas attorney used his network and put us in the hands of Patrick "Con" Cotter who not only finally made sense (to us) of what it was we were dealing with but worked on our behalf to take care of our issues beyond our expectations. When dealing with the LDR who doesn't want a their attorney to be a CPA as well? We honestly hope we never have to use his services again but would feel totally confident with him on our side.
