Joe Miller has my strongest endorsement in the field of personal injury law. I had the pleasure of working with Joe in a complex personal injury case involving liability and damage issues. I was impressed by Joe's knowledge, his work ethic, and his dedication to the client. He has the skill of a veteran personal injury lawyer plus the energy and enthusiasm of a young lawyer. I look forward to working with Joe on future injury matters. I am aware that he has acquired significant experience, and has had excellent trial and settlement results, in several cases involving personal injuries to railroad workers. I think it is fair to say that Joe is a rising star in the field of personal injury law.

I can highly recommend Joe Miller, as a young top trial attorney practicing in the Southeastern United States, based on out o New Orleans, Louisiana. I base my recommendation on several factors: Joe is active on a weekly basis with the nation's top railroad injury lawyers in the American Association for Justice Railroad Section, and in the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, another select organization of railroad/FELA attorneys. I first learned of Joe Miller after he wrote an excellent Law Review article while still in law school, before beginning his trial practice in the New Orleans area as a railroad/FELA and personal injury lawyer. Of course, Joe handles other major personal injury cases as well. Eventually, I was involved in a New Orleans railroad injury case in federal court and associated Joe Miller, Ben Saunders and their law firm to assist me as co-counsel for the jury trial. In fact, Joe handled one of the closing arguments and this resulted in a $1.5 million verdict.
