It took over two long years and prior attorneys, but Reagan won my case! Previous attorneys told me they could help with my “long term disability claim.” Needless to say, all of their promises failed. I highly recommend Reagan Toledano. I had to file a disability claim, a benefit provided by my employer. Reagan Levert Toledano received my STD payment's and put my funds in his personal bank account. He did not inform me of a court proceeding that he agreed to a motion to "dismissed with prejudices". Reagan had my STD payments sent to him in his name only. Reagan kept 33/3 of an accident claim that I a...greed to settle for, and the insurance company agreed to pay my attorney's fees as well. The insurance company called me and asked me why I am putting my settlement payments and disability benefits in Raegan's name. He kept using Power of attorney even after I revoked it. Reagen kept threatening me with Leins if I don't allow him to continue to have Power of attorney over my claims.
