Reagan Levert Toledano

Reagan refuses to pay me my Short Term Disability claim. Reagan took 1/3 of my long Term Disability settlement even though we settled for the insurance company to pay my attorney fees. Reagan did not create a ITOLA account for my claims. Reagan put all my payment into his personal account. He insiste...d on having and using Power Of Attorney even when I sent him a notarized letter informing him to stop ASAP. Reagan went to court on on my behalf without informing me of that legal proceedings. I found out after I settled 2 of my disability claims. I had 3 claims and I was suing two insurance companies and Reagan insist on handling all three which is eligible in the state of Louisiana. I can go on and on.
