Reagan Levert Toledano

Reagan refuses to pay me my Short Term Disability claim. Reagan took 1/3 of my long Term Disability settlement even though we settled for the insurance company to pay my attorney fees. Reagan did not create a ITOLA account for my claims. Reagan put all my payment into his personal account. He insiste...d on having and using Power Of Attorney even when I sent him a notarized letter informing him to stop ASAP. Reagan went to court on on my behalf without informing me of that legal proceedings. I found out after I settled 2 of my disability claims. I had 3 claims and I was suing two insurance companies and Reagan insist on handling all three which is eligible in the state of Louisiana. I can go on and on. I got so overwhelmed with all his inconsistencies and lies. I have all of the evidence to back up all of my review here, because I recorded most of my phone calls with Reagan L Toledano.

I highly recommend Reagan Toledano. I had to file a disability claim, a benefit provided by my employer. Before I received the first denial letter, I consulted with an attorney who didn’t return phone calls and seemed not to be interested, so I made the mistake of trying to fight the insurance compan...y myself. Reagan Levert Toledano received my STD payment's and put my funds in his personal bank account. He did not inform me of a court proceeding that he agreed to a motion to "dismissed with prejudices". Reagan had my STD payments sent to him in his name only. Reagan kept 33/3 of an accident claim that I a...greed to settle for, and the insurance company agreed to pay my attorney's fees as well. The insurance company called me and asked me why I am putting my settlement payments and disability benefits in Raegan's name. He kept using Power of attorney even after I revoked it. Reagen kept threatening me with Leins if I don't allow him to continue to have Power of attorney over my claims.
