Took on State Agence and Won

Heavy handed state bureaucrats imposed a crippling fine on our business claiming that we did not comply with their agency's rules. We consulted several lawyers but none could offer us a solution to save our business. One recommended Ben Bagert because of his prior experience in state government as ...a state Senator. Mr Bagert took the state agency to court and demonstrated that the state's so called "rule" was unenforceable because it was not adopted in compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act. The judge showed respect for Mr. Bagert's knowledge of that area of the law. We won. We paid nothing, our business is doing well and we still rely on Mr. Bagert for guidance and legal advice.

Prevented Injustice - is respectful

I'm so glad I was able to reconnect with Mr. Bagert after many years. Long ago we went to court to save my business from people who were trying to cheat me. Recently, my son was accused of a serous crime. It looked like he was being railroaded for something he did not do. My son's lawyer suggeste...d he either plead guilty or hire someone else. It was then that I remembered Mr. Bagert. Mr. Bagert took my son's case he to court. My son was found not guilty and he is now working in the same business Mr. Bagert helped me save many years ago. Family attorney

Mr. Bagert has acted as my attorney, as well as the attorney for my children and grandchildren, for about 20 years. He has handled many legal matters for us including wills, a business partnership dispute, contested ownership of real property, and several personal injury cases. Attentive, Candid, Knowledgable, Tough, Honest & Effective

Mr. Bagrt was easy to talk to and quickly understood my situation. He spoke to me candidly about attorneys' fees from the beginning of our relationship. He was also candid about the uncertaintanties of the law applicable to my case.
