Divorce is a difficult and an all-around miserable process. It was the most difficult experience in my life thus far. Trusting someone with your well-being and in my case, my child's well-being was not easy. I am very thankful for John Kinney and his team. John guided me through a difficult custody battle. He was able to negotiate a fair property settlement for me and his skills in the courtroom awarded me the joint custody that I sought. What he ...told me before the first hearing turned out to be true 40 months later. His skills in litigation, his tenacity, his knowledge of the law, his experience and his financial acumen and the way he could cross-examine witnesses was unreal. He successfully negotiated a more than favorable agreement on child custody and disposition of the marital home and the result of two trials was what he advised he could make happen on the division of the marital assets. As a ex-lawyer and someone with a JD/MBA, I was impressed and recommend him. The cost of all of this was well below what I would have expected for what I consider the best representation I could have received for my Divorce.
