Don't waste your time or money with this guy! His one price fits all option does not work out so well. I hired him to represent me in my divorce and custody trial. Once I paid him, he did not do the legwork required to represent me adequately. I almost lost my kids because of him, and my ex sp...ouse walked away with all of the marital assets, including the Harley Davidson, the home, both vehicles, and even the kids savings accounts. Which my parents funded. I was only awarded $244 a month and child-support, for four children, I have them 50% of the time, and I make half the money my ex-spouse does. He did nothing to fight for me, or my kid's well-being. If you're looking for an honest attorney, PLEASE look elsewhere!

After spending tons of money on big firm attorneys who claim to look out for your best interest (but only rack up your bill), John was recommended to me. His reputation and respect from other Omaha attorneys was evident from the beginning of my case until the final outcome...which was EXACTLY what I... wanted. If you are looking for an attorney who will win in the end, John is your guy. If you want to cry on your attorney's shoulder (while being billed at $400 per hour), he's not. Every other attorney I have met in this town will try to goad you into sending as many emails, phone calls and meeting requests just to drain your wallet for a crappy outcome. Having been through the courts three times for divorce, custody, personal property and support recalculation suits I have learned that our court system is dreadfully SLOW and it's the nature of the game. John is the best, and he won't play the attorney game of draining your pocket book like everyone else in this town. I highly recommend him and his firm.
